About This Journal

A Kent State Trumbull magazine since 1965, ICON publishes poetry and art once annually, near the end of the spring semester. Submissions are welcome from anyone, and the magazine receives poems from around the country and around the world. ICON publishes the winner of the campus's yearly Hart Crane Memorial Poetry Contest, which is judged by faculty from the Kent State Trumbull English department.
